Ryan Radue, President (Radue Realty)

Ryan Radue is the current DCBA president. Ryan and his wife Julie live in Denmark with their two sons and are co-owners of three local business including Radue Realty, Radue Homes Inc. and The Denmark News, the local newspaper. Ryan has a BA in Political Science and Spanish from UW-Platteville and is a licensed real estate broker. He also served as a Village of Denmark Trustee from 2008-2010, coaches soccer, T-Ball, and flag-football, and is involved in several other community events. Ryan believes Denmark is a great place to live and work. He is committed to supporting local businesses and welcoming new business to the community. 
 
 
  
 
Matt Kapinos,  Vice President (The Denmark News)

Matt Kapinos is the current (and first) DCBA Vice-President.  Matt grew up all over the lower 48 states, attended high school in northwest Georgia, and graduated from UWGB with a BS in business and a minor in fine art in 2000.  Matt is the Sales Manager and Co-Editor of The Denmark News, and has been there since its beginning in 2009.  Matt is active in the community through his work at the newspaper as well as the DCBA, and is a good contact for promoting and supporting local businesses.  Matt lives in DePere with his wife Laura, with whom he has two children, Trevor and Claire, and another on the way!
 
 
 
 
Cara Delebreau,  Treasurer (M & I Bank)

Cara Delebreau is the current DCBA treasurer and has held the position since 2006.  Cara grew up in Kewaunee, but currently resides in the Stangelville area with her husband Matt, daughters Aeva and Ellie, and son Mason.  Cara is the Assistant Branch Manager at M&I Bank in Denmark, and has worked for M&I since 2002.  Cara graduated from UW Eau Claire with a BA Degree, double majoring in English.  Cara is active in the Denmark community mostly thru activities in the DCBA.  She also served as the chair for the American Cancer Society in Denmark for 2 years before is dissolved.  Cara is grateful to the Denmark community for welcoming her, and allowing her to be a part of a great group of people!
